Bellamira Beauty Studio is a bridal hair and makeup studio serving St. Petersburg and the wider Tampa Bay area. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and who processes it on our behalf.
What you give us
We only collect what you type into one of our forms. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your wedding date
- Your venue or city
- The service or package you're interested in
We use this to reply to you, to prepare pricing, and to hold your date. Amira reads and responds to these inquiries personally.
What your browser tells us
Like most websites, this one records basic analytics — pages viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and whether a visit followed an advertisement. If you arrive from an ad, the advertising identifier in the link (for example a Google gclid) is stored for the duration of your visit so that we can tell which advertising is working. It is not used to identify you personally.
Who processes it
We use a small number of established services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- ActiveCampaign — stores your inquiry so we can follow up
- Formspree — delivers your form submission to Amira's inbox
- Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager — website analytics and advertising measurement
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement for Facebook and Instagram
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website
- Square — processes payments. Card details are handled entirely by Square and never reach this website or our systems
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed above, which act on our behalf. We do not send marketing to people who haven't asked to hear from us.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us at any time to correct or delete what we hold about you. Most browsers also let you block or clear cookies, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your Google and Meta account settings.
